I also served as an Account Executive with a local investment firm, focused on rent-to-own acquisitions and sandwich lease options in the mid to late 2000’s. 

Specializing in creative financing options, I hold certifications from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and Pricing Strategy Advisor. With designations from the National Commercial Real Estate Association (NCREA) and as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist (CREIPS), I bring a diverse skill set to the table.
